Lynda is going to be competing in the women's solo category, and as her schtick is planning on riding the entire event totally unsupported. She says "I'd love to do a 24 hour solo mtb race. I haven't done one yet. My friends and family are currently under the illusion I am a normal person. I can speak clearly and generally am polite. I thought I could sneak over to Snow Mountain Ranch without telling anyone, do the 24 hour solo with no support team or mechanic and get home without being discovered and ostracized from the community at large."

Currently Calling Saint George, Utah, home, Lynda is a mother of two, a little too fast to be considered an amateur, and is actually Scottish. If she agrees to race in an entirely tartan ensemble, her entry will be a very tough one to beat. That'll only leave seven free passes to the sleepless good time in Winter Park.
