Rob Jones. Tall, lanky and not exactly happy to get dirty (but not afraid to, either, especially if it means getting "the" shot); that's Rob. In some ways, Rob's the chap who's "been there and done that" the most out of all of us from the race scene—he's been covering the World Cup since before it was a World Cup (Mammoth Mountain in 1987). Plus, he has the last two Olympics on his resume. As a one-time racer-cum-team director-cum-journalist, Rob is as comfortable lounging off the back of a motorcycle with camera in hand as he is lounging fireside with a single-cask Scotch Whiskey in hand. He's a genuine professional, and the driving force behind the MBPA as well as www.canadiancyclist.com. In addition to World Cup mountain biking, Rob also documents road racing, 'cross racing and a few exotic events—including La Ruta in Costa Rica.
