St. Anne Cross Country Sunshine all weekend dried out the muddy Mont Sainte Anne cross-country course, but a dousing of rain the night before the race kept the riding technical and everyone on their toes. Marie Helene Premont and Julien Absalon maintained their winning efforts against a field that's somewhat preoccupied with the Olympics just around the corner next month.

The rain held off just enough the night before the big event to dry out the course and improve traction for the best downhill competiors in the world.

Beginning with a running Le Mans mass start, a field of aggressive XC competitors dove down the mountain and through the woods chasing after yet another national title.

Adam Craig and Mary McConneloug gave it 100% to add more national titles to their names and confidence to their game as they both head abroad for the Olympics next month.
