The Sea Otter Classic is the biggest bike race in the US and the mountain bike race season opener. Being such an important event it also plays a big role in spring product releases and unveilings. Revamped Turner DH frame - Dave Turner kept the same relative pivot locations for his 8.5-inch travel DHR frame, but he changed just about everything else. Turner said the top of the head tube has been lowered considerably relative to the bottom bracket, and the redesigned frame also has a slacker head tube angle and shorter top tube and chain stays. The tightened up race platform sheds about two pounds from previous versions. Stickers not included. |
