The Sea Otter Classic is the biggest bike race in the US and the mountain bike race season opener. Being such an important event it also plays a big role in spring product releases and unveilings. Marzocchi - Two new forks available from Marzocchi for ’08 were revealed at Sea otter this year. The new 55 platform comes in between the All Mountain and 66 platforms. The 55 ATA has 35-millimeter nickel coated stanchion tubes and adjustable travel from 125- to 165 millimeters. It also will come with Marzocchi’s new QR axle. For lighter fare, check out the new XC 700 ATA, a 3.75-pound 100- to 140-millimeter travel all-day All Mountain Lite fork. |
