So, you want to be an intern, huh? Take it from me, it's a life-changing experience. It won't make you rich, but it can make you famous.
In four short months with Bike, I went from being a virtual unknown to a pseudo-celebrity in my local mountain community of Vail, Colorado. Pictures of me in a sombrero grace the walls of some of the finest establishments in town. Well, maybe just the bulletin board over the urinal at the bar. But still, I've made it.
If you're selected, the job isn't glamorous, but it is challenging to learn the magazine industry from the inside out. Also, I advise you to research the Dana Point area for dive bars so you can take out the staff after work. I recommend Coconuts, but the sky is the limit on that one.

This may be dumb to do right now because I have not changed my major yet, but I am an avid reader/subscriber to Bike and would love nothing more than to see what the magazine industry is like with my favorite company. I will be a journalism major at the University of Mississippi next fall and have already taken some courses. I can write, take pictures, and ride. I appreciate your time in reading this preempted inquiry.
