Accomplished rider and MTB Films producer, Ted Tempany, returns to the Monster Park fold this year to help design one of the world's ultimate slope-style freeride events. Ted's been busy trying to one-up the mindblowing job that he and John Cowan performed on last year's Monster Park course. That's a lofty goal, but as the pictures suggest, he may just achieve it. Here are a few of Ted's thoughts after a hard day of dozing, hammering and course grooming.
Today we started to shape the lips and rake the landing.
The towers for the large drops at the top of the course went up today.

Started pushing dirt up for the step up on the backside of the curved wall ride. Groomed the middle of the course with a Dozer. Did some rough clean up with a sketchy skid steerer, didn't flip it!
The lines are starting to get more refined and we are all seeing new lines all the time.
As the layout goes, everything is related as planned with our mirrored course offering something for all styles of riding. Can't wait for the riders to get here!
